On October 14\u201316, 2025, a three-day conference was held in Utrecht, Kingdom of the Netherlands, organized by the International Society for Animal Health, Economics and Social Sciences.<\/p>\n

The aim of the conference was to place particular emphasis on the impact of the multiple burden of animal diseases and to incorporate it into the decision-making process related to animal health.<\/p>\n

Among the participants were the Director of the Scientific Center, Tigran Markosyan; staff members of the Microbiology Department, Mariam Militosyan and Lilit Hovsepyan; as well as Hovhannes Mkrtchyan, a representative of the \u201cAgricultural Services Center\u201d SNCO of the RA Ministry of Economy.<\/p>\n

During the conference, in a poster session, the participants presented a poster on the topic: \u201cReassessment of the Economic and Public Health Burden of West Nile Fever in Armenia: Implications for Surveillance of Horses and Birds.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
